![]() Frank M. TedescoFrank first went to Korea as a Hansen's Disease(leprosy) control worker in the US Peace Corps in 1980(K51). He was Consulting Editor of the Korea Journal of the Korean National Commission for UNESCO 1988-1992. After years of graduate school at the University of Lancaster in the U.K. and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, he went on to become the first American to earn a doctorate in Buddhist Studies at Dongguk University(1998). His dissertation was a comprehensive examination of abortion and auspicious rebirth ceremonies for the unborn dead in Korea He is also a Life Member of the Royal Asiatic Society, Korea Branch. ![]() ![]() 대표작
