멕 크로스만10년 간 I.C.A.R.E( Interfaith Coalition of Advocates for Reentry and Employment; 재취업과 고용 지원 초교파 연합)이라는 감옥 사역의 총 책임자였으며, 선교 운동가로 잘 알려져 있고 아리조나 주 템피 시의 선교 지원자 코디네이터로 일하고 있다. 조나단 에드워즈 루이스의 World Mission에 편집자로 동참했으며(1994), Worldwide Perspectives: Understanding God’s Purposes in the World from Genesis to Revelation(1995), Worldwide Perspectives: Biblical, Historical, Strategic, and Cultural Dimensions of God’s Plan for the Nations(2002)를 편집했다. 또한 Worldwide Perspectives에 수록된 논문 ‘Opening the Door’와 ‘Mission Pioneers’의 저자이자, 「미션 퍼스펙티브」(예수전도단)에 수록된 ‘선교에 참여한 여성들’, 이 책에 나오는 ‘헌신된 자들의 동역’ 등의 논문을 공동 집필하기도 했다. 대표작
