임형택성균관대학교 철학과에서 서양철학을 전공하여 석사학위를 받았으며, 인터랙션사이언스학과에서 박사과정을 수료했다. 현재 인터랙션사이언스연구소와 MIND(Media, Interface & Network Design)연구소의 연구원으로 재직 중이다. 논문으로는 ‘Personality and Facial Expressions in Human-Robot Interaction’ ‘The Effect of Robot’s Voice and Appearance on Communication with Human’ ‘Effects of Digital Art Viewing Degree and Interaction: Collage of Digitally Manipulated Sound and Image by Viewer’가 있다.
